• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

• You retain ownership of all data you input into the service
• We will protect your data according to our Privacy Policy
• You grant us permission to use your data to provide the service
• You may export your data at any time

• During the beta period, the service is provided free of charge
• Future pricing will be communicated with advance notice
• Early users may receive grandfathered pricing
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions

• Finelance and its original content are protected by copyright and trademark laws
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
• User-generated content remains your property

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finelance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

• You may terminate your account at any time
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately
• Data export options will be available for a reasonable period after termination

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service.

These terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction where the service is provided.
